Privacy and personal data

When you send a quote request or a message, we store the data you enter in the form (name, company, email, phone, country, message and the selected products), together with the date, IP address and browser.

This data is used only to reply to you, to prepare and confirm the quote and for communication related to your license. We do not sell it or share it with third parties for marketing.

The IP address is also stored to protect against abuse (request rate limiting). You can ask for a copy, correction or deletion of your data by writing to the contact form.

Terms of use

• ITSC Sh.P.K. is an authorized distributor of ESET licenses and is not the manufacturer of ESET products. ESET®, NOD32® and the product names are trademarks of ESET, spol. s r.o.
• This website does not offer online payment. A request you send is not a binding order — ITSC contacts you to confirm the quote and the payment method.
• Published prices are per user; total = number of users × price per user. For products without a published price, the price is confirmed in the quote.
• ITSC is not VAT-registered; prices do not include and are not subject to added VAT.
• The final quote, terms and feature availability are confirmed by ITSC. Use of the software is governed by ESET’s license agreement (EULA).
